Program Coordinator – Family and Household Strengthening

Collette Ayiecho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Maseno University and a Diploma Certification in Project Management. Since joining OLPS in 2018, she has served in various roles, including as a Case Manager in the OVC Program, before stepping into her current role as Program Coordinator for Family and Household Strengthening.

Collette leads the design and delivery of OLPS’s household economic strengthening interventions, which aim to promote family resilience through enhanced financial stability and food security. Her work involves empowering caregivers and vulnerable households through sustainable community-based savings and lending initiatives, climate-smart agriculture, and income-generating activities. She is deeply committed to transforming families from a place of vulnerability to one of self-sufficiency and dignity.
