Mr. Patrick J. O. Okwaro

Mr. Patrick Okwaro is a Judge of the High Court of the Republic of Kenya and serves as the Treasurer of the OLPS Board of Directors. With a distinguished career in the legal profession, he brings critical insight and expertise in governance, law, and institutional accountability.

As the Board’s legal advisor, Mr. Okwaro supports OLPS in navigating complex legal matters, upholding regulatory compliance, and safeguarding the organization’s interests. He plays a key role in reviewing and drafting governance documents, policies, and organizational frameworks alongside other Board members.
