Mr. Jared Akech

Mr. Jared Aketch is a retired educator and school administrator with over 40 years of experience in academic leadership and institutional governance. His vast expertise in education management brings a strategic perspective to OLPS’s mission, especially in the area of educational empowerment for orphans and vulnerable children.

As the Board’s Educational Advisor, Mr. Aketch provides high-level guidance on scholarship policy, learning pathways, and school partnership frameworks. He also chairs the OLPS Education Scholarship Committee, where he helps shape the vision, structure, and criteria for equitable access to academic support.

Through his advisory role, Mr. Aketch strengthens OLPS’s capacity to remain responsive to evolving educational standards, institutional alignment, and student development needs—ensuring that the organization’s programs remain impactful and sustainable.
