Dr. Janet Wagude

Dr. Janet Wagude is a Senior Lecturer at Rongo University and an expert in Project Planning and Management, with a specialized focus on implementation science and results-based evaluation. She holds a PhD and Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management, a Bachelor of Education in English and Literature, and a Certificate in Education.

With a distinguished academic and professional background, Dr. Wagude brings critical insight into how development programs are designed, executed, and measured for impact. As a member of the OLPS Board, she provides technical guidance on project design, implementation fidelity, and monitoring and evaluation systems—helping OLPS stay aligned with evidence-based best practices.

Her contributions strengthen OLPS’s institutional learning, knowledge systems, and program sustainability, bridging the gap between theory, practice, and community transformation.
