Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Whitney Akinyi serves as the Monitoring Officer at OLPS, where she oversees both program-specific and institutional-level M&E systems. She joined OLPS in 2021 as a Data Officer under the OVC program and has since grown into a leadership role, where she supports evidence generation, data quality assurance, and performance measurement for all OLPS programs.
Whitney plays a key role in supporting M&E needs for a Ciheb-funded OVC Program, ensuring timely reporting, data-driven learning, and compliance with donor and national frameworks. In addition, she provides oversight for OLPS-wide M&E functions, strengthening systems that track progress across all thematic areas including health, youth empowerment, and household resilience.
