Health Services Lead

Goodsam Osinde serves as the Health Services Lead at OLPS, overseeing both general outpatient care and comprehensive HIV-related services offered at the OLPS Health Facility. He plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s health mission through client-centered, quality-driven service delivery.

Goodsam holds a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) and has additional certifications in Integrated Community Case Management, Antenatal Care, ART/PMTCT service delivery, integrated TB management, Cervical Cancer screening and treatment of lesions and VMMC, among other skills-based trainings. His hands-on experience in public health and clinical coordination is reinforced by a strong foundation in community-based care models.

With a deep commitment to equity in healthcare access, Goodsam provides technical leadership to medical staff and ensures the seamless integration of HIV prevention, treatment, and reproductive health services with broader community health interventions. His work is rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a passion for transforming community health outcomes.
