Growth and Sustainability Lead

Erick brings over 16 years of experience designing and implementing human-centered, impact-driven programs within Western Kenya. He has served OLPS in multiple capacities, from youth mentorship to pioneering OLPS’s sustainability and resource mobilization strategy. As the Growth and Sustainability Lead, Erick champions organizational development, strategic partnerships, and diversified income generation, including a robust social enterprise model and multi-donor fundraising pipeline.


Erick holds a BSc Degree in Rural Development from Moi University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Development Studies at Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA). He is an African Visionary Fellow (Segal Family Foundation) and a Gratitude Fellowship Program Fellow (Scaling). He is recognized for his leadership, storytelling, and commitment to community transformation.

Under his leadership, OLPS has expanded its donor base, significantly increased its annual income, and deepened its impact in marginalized communities. Erick embodies the OLPS spirit of innovation, perseverance, and purpose-driven growth
